Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.

- Troubleshoot problems related to computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and IT devices.

- Diagnose and resolve network, internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.

- Provide support for email accounts, user access, passwords, and system configurations.

- Maintain and troubleshoot ERP systems and other business applications.

- Monitor system performance and ensure the proper functioning of IT infrastructure.

- Maintain records of technical issues, resolutions, IT assets, and maintenance activities.

- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for technical repairs and support.

- Ensure data security, antivirus updates, regular backups, and compliance with IT policies.

- Provide timely support to users and minimize technical downtime.

- Perform any other IT-related tasks assigned by management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
