? Job Responsibilities & Requirements

- Provide technical support to US customers via Voice, Chat & Email.
- Troubleshoot hardware-related issues.
- Provide technical support for desktops and laptops.
- Perform basic server troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Advantages: Free cab facility and free food
