About the Role

We are seeking an agile, high-energy Domestic IT Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience to drive talent acquisition within our domestic staff augmentation vertical. This is a permanent contract position based entirely on-site at our Gurugram corporate office. Operating with a true startup mindset, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and deploying top-tier software engineers and technical professionals into our key client accounts across India. You will thrive if you love the thrill of fast execution, rapid scaling, and real-time collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete domestic talent acquisition lifecycle, from gathering technical requirements to final candidate onboarding and deployment.

- Staff Augmentation Velocity: Source high-quality technical candidates rapidly to fulfill aggressive turnaround time (TAT) targets for client projects.
- Proactive Sourcing: Leverage major domestic portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre, iMocha), tech communities,



and referral networks to build robust pipelines.
- Technical Screening: Conduct preliminary screening to assess technical competency, communication skills, project alignment, and cultural fit for fast-paced environments.
- Offer & Compliance Management: Handle offer negotiation, structured salary breakups, background checks, and compliance aligning with Indian labour frameworks.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate daily in-person with account managers and client technical leads to refine hiring strategies and deliver talent updates.

Requirement & Qualifications

* Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably within a tech startup, staff augmentation agency, or recruitment firm handling domestic mandates.

- The Startup Mindset: High agency, comfort with ambiguity, and a relentless "Get Things Done" attitude. You focus on solutions, not roadblocks.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the domestic Indian tech landscape, hiring trends, notice periods, and common tech stacks (e.g., MERN/MEAN, Python, Java, DevOps, Cloud).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for building trust with candidates and internal leadership.
