We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with 24 years of experience in end-to-end technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience recruiting for various technology roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.

- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.

- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.





- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS data accurately.

- Meet hiring targets and recruitment KPIs within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment.

- Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IT services, consulting, or product-based organizations.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
