US Staffing Recruiter

We are looking for a US Staffing Recruiter with 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in US Recruitment.

Candidates with experience in US IT Recruitment, Non-IT Recruitment, Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, Medical Devices, or other US staffing domains are welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the US recruitment process, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand job requirements, source suitable candidates, conduct initial screenings, and manage candidate follow-ups efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US recruitment activities.
- Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and Boolean search.
- Screen candidates for experience, skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and compensation.
- Submit qualified candidates for client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.




- Work on contract and/or full-time hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and daily updates.
- Ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.

Required Skills
- 1 - 2 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment.
- Experience in Technical or Non-Technical Recruitment.
- Valuable understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
- Basic knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Basic understanding of US work authorizations such as USC, GC, H-1B, EAD, OPT/CPT, and TN.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good candidate screening and follow-up skills.
- Ability to clearly understand job requirements and identify relevant profiles.
- Comfortable working in US shift timings and onsite in Hyderabad.

Preferred
- Experience working with Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, or Prime Vendors.
- Exposure to Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Pharma, Life Sciences, or Medical Device recruitment is an advantage.
- Immediate or early joiners preferred.
