Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong Technical Manager with extensive experience in residential facility management. The candidate must have strong knowledge of MEP systems, STP, WTP, RO plants, and overall technical operations of residential apartments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all technical operations across residential apartment facilities.
- Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of MEP systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems.
- Monitor and maintain STP, WTP, and RO plants, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Handle preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical audits.
- Supervise technical teams, engineers, supervisors, and technicians across sites.
- Monitor equipment performance, energy consumption, maintenance schedules, and service quality.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and client representatives for technical issues and project execution.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and proper maintenance documentation.
- Identify technical risks and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Mandatory Requirements
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical,



or related Engineering, or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (D.EEE).
- Experience: Robust experience in residential apartment facility management.
- MEP Knowledge: Strong practical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and associated building systems.
- STP/WTP/RO: Hands-on knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and water quality monitoring.
- Technical Expertise: Strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown management skills.
- Leadership: Ability to manage technical teams and handle multiple residential sites.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with strong hands-on technical expertise, residential apartment experience, and practical knowledge of MEP, STP, and WTP systems will be preferred. Strong technical knowledge is mandatory.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
