Role: Technical Lead UI/UX (Angular)

Position: Full Time

Experience : 9-12 years

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Angular application development and define front-end architecture, coding standards, and reusable components.
- Manage deployment of Angular applications using AWS S3 static hosting and CDN/CloudFront.
- Integrate front-end applications with GraphQL (AWS AppSync) and REST APIs (API Gateway).
- Ensure responsive design, usability, accessibility, and front-end performance.
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
- Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Mentor UI/UX engineers and collaborate with backend, integration, and automation teams.
- Apply secure development practices involving IAM, encryption, ECS, and Terraform.
- Drive responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Devin AI, and Claude Skills.
- Ensure code quality, testing, security, and compliance throughout the SDLC.





Mandatory Skills

- 912 years of software engineering experience with strong front-end expertise.
- Expert hands-on experience in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong experience deploying Angular applications on AWS using S3 and CDN/CloudFront.
- Experience with AWS ECS and Terraform.
- Experience integrating applications with GraphQL, AWS AppSync, and API Gateway.
- Knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
- Good understanding of responsive UI/UX design, accessibility, and front-end performance.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Devin AI, or Claude Skills.
- Strong understanding of AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, secure AI usage, and validation of AI-generated code.
- Experience leading technical projects or small teams.

Good to Have

- Healthcare payer/provider portal experience.
- Accessibility testing knowledge, including WCAG 2.1 AA.
- Working knowledge of Docker, EKS, OpenShift, VPC, RDS, IAM, and security groups.
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Client-facing consulting or skilled services experience.

Education Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
