Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

- Define or review system architecture for each project, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Choose appropriate tech stacks, tools, and frameworks for projects.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and code review guidelines; perform regular code reviews.
- Ensure proper use of version control, including branching strategy and pull requests.
- Act as the go-to person for debugging and resolving complex technical issues, guiding developers rather than solving issues on their behalf.
- Maintain high-level technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment documentation, and integration notes.

Project & Delivery Management

- Break down requirements into technical tasks and provide realistic timeline estimates.
- Track project progress and adjust priorities as needed.
- Balance workload across developers, assigning tasks based on skill and development needs.
- Ensure deployments are smooth and aligned with release cycles.
- Oversee quality assurance, testing strategy, and release notes.

People Leadership

- Mentor and coach developers to support technical and professional growth.
- Encourage knowledge-sharing sessions and recognize positive performance.
- Provide constructive feedback without micromanaging.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training or upskilling.

Stakeholder & Communication

- Communicate project status (progress, risks, blockers) clearly to clients and management.




- Translate technical details into business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate with QA, DevOps, Product Managers, and Business Analysts; track cross-project dependencies.
- Anticipate risks early and escalate to management along with proposed solutions.

Process & Improvement

- Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; keep project boards up to date.
- Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring tools.
- Conduct post-release analysis to identify improvement opportunities and adapt processes accordingly.

Daily Operating Cadence

- Conduct daily stand-up meetings covering pending backlog items, in-progress tasks, and recently completed items.
- Review at least 1-2 pull requests per day to ensure standards and consistency.
- Update project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) with task progress, status changes, and effort estimates.
- Proactively inform the Technical Manager of technical delays, exceptions, or blockers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Proficiency with version control systems and CI/CD tools.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Experience: 8+ years

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
