We are seeking an experienced and visionary Team Leader to head our core Robotics R&D; division. You will manage cross-functional engineering teams spanning hardware, software, and mechanical design to deliver cutting-edge AMRs, Cobots, and Semi-Humanoid platforms.Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of advanced robotics projects from architecture design to final deployment.

- Manage, mentor, and unblock cross-functional teams of software, hardware, and design engineers.

- Standardize system architecture, code repositories (Git), and testing protocols for autonomous systems.

- Collaborate with institutional partners to align industrial deployments.

Requirements & Skills:

- Technical Mastery: In-depth working experience with ROS / ROS2, C++, Python, and Linux (Ubuntu).

- Navigation Architecture: Robust hands-on exposure to LiDAR, RGB-D cameras, SLAM, and autonomous path planning.

- Management: 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams or managing complex tech projects.

- Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory for technical reporting and team alignment. Other regional languages (Hindi, Tamil) are a big plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
