Role Description The Team Leader Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual will lead a sales team responsible for achieving revenue targets, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients. Daily activities include coaching and mentoring team members, managing lead allocation, reviewing call quality, and supporting the team in closing deals.

The role also involves preparing sales reports, coordinating with operations and client service teams, and implementing sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Sales will be expected to maintain high standards of professional conduct, foster a collaborative team culture, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage sales teams in a target-driven environment.
- Strong skills in sales planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking using CRM or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with internal teams and clients.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Previous experience in BPO/KPO, outsourcing, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram, with flexibility for shift-based work if required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with reporting tools.
