TCS Pune is hiring Team Lead - SCM Quality Control

Role & responsibilities

- Robust understanding of end to end cycle of Supply Chain (PR, PO creation, amendments, Vendor Master creation, modification, material, pricing updation)
- Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations
- Ensure adherence to CTQs (Critical to Quality parameters), SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Adherence of daily audits are being performed and reported out to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare RCAs, 5Whys for the errors with strong preventive action
- Ensure all teams deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to relevant standards and policies and reported accurately
- Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Handle internal reporting, adherence to SLAs
- Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on Teams TAT and Accuracy Addon Requirements
- Demonstrated proactive, positive conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Intellectual curiosity, appetite to do things better and proactive nature.
