Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the MEP BIM/CAD team, providing guidance and mentorship.

- Develop and implement standards, protocols, and best practices.

- Coordinate project workflows with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

- Implement quality control measures to minimize errors in modeling and ensure that all project models are up to date and consistent.

- Facilitate communication between BIM teams, architects, engineers, and project managers to streamline the coordination of design and construction information.

- Represent the company in online client meetings, providing BIM expertise to resolve any modeling or coordination issues.

- Develop and maintain BIM content libraries and templates.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops on BIM software and workflows.

- Stay updated on industry trends, software, and technologies.





Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

- 5+ years of experience working in a BIM-related role, preferably in construction, engineering,or architecture.

- 1+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

- Expert-level knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Fabrication CADMep etc.

- Robust understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and modeling.

- Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and guide teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
