We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Lead to manage daily team operations, monitor performance, and ensure productivity while maintaining high standards of work quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve departmental objectives.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Track team performance, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance, feedback, and support.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support employee training, development, and performance improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in team handling or operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
