Hiring for Team Lead & Sr. Team Lead | International BPO | Virtual Interview

Work Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office

Salary: Up to 10 LPA

Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 rotational offs

Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts

Cab Facility: Available

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in International Retail Banking.
- Minimum 1 year of Team Lead experience on paper is mandatory.
- Must have managed a team of 20 to 30 members.
- Age should be below 35 years.
- Willing to work from the Hyderabad office in rotational shifts.
- Candidates with an absconding history are not eligible.
- Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates serving notice are also eligible.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor team performance to achieve productivity, quality, CSAT, AHT, and SLA targets.
- Coach team members, provide regular feedback, and address performance gaps through action plans.




- Handle escalations and ensure process compliance.
- Coordinate with SMEs, Quality Analysts, and Operations Managers.

Salary & Benefits

- Up to 10 LPA, depending on previous CTC and interview performance.
