Position: Team Lead – Banking Process

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

Shift: Night Shift

Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Minimum 1 year of Team Lead experience

Team Lead experience on paper is mandatory

Banking process experience is mandatory

Any Graduate is eligible

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong banking process knowledge

Proven team-handling and performance-management skills

Comfortable working night shifts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, manage, and support a team handling banking operations.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality.
- Ensure process compliance and achievement of targets.
- Handle escalations and support team members in resolving issues.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and guide team members.
- Maintain service quality and meet operational goals.
