/ Responsibilities

- Manage the overall running of the sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a companys customer base and solidify its presence.




- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses.
- Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects;

maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identify business opportunities byidentifying current channels and channel partners.
- Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending and upselling solutions.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Managing the salesprocess through specific software programs.

Requirement

- MBA & B. Tech / M.Tech Degree required
- 2-5 years PriorExperience inteam handling & 5-6Field B2C Sales
- Has sound business judgment, and salesskills.
- Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer servicecapabilities.
- Potent leadership qualities.
- Exceptional organizational, creative, and resource management capabilities.
