Key Responsibilities

- Conduct professional tea tasting and sensory evaluation of black tea, green tea, CTC tea and herbal tea blends.

- Evaluate tea samples based on taste, aroma, liquor colour, strength, body, briskness and overall quality.

- Develop and recommend tea blends according to consumer preferences, particularly for the North Indian market.

- Identify suitable raw tea grades and proportions for developing consistent and cost-effective blends.

- Conduct comparative tasting of competitor products and market samples.

- Maintain consistency in taste and quality across different production batches.

- Coordinate with the NPD, production and quality teams for new product development and blend improvement.

- Evaluate incoming raw tea samples and assist in supplier quality assessment.

- Maintain records of tasting results, blend formulations, observations and quality feedback.

- Identify quality deviations and recommend corrective actions.

- Support product trials, sample preparation and validation before commercial production.

- Assist in investigating customer complaints related to tea taste, aroma, strength and quality.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
