Beside Education is inviting applications from enthusiastic and motivated individuals for our Teaching Internship Programme, designed for aspiring educators who wish to gain practical teaching experience in a professional academic environment.

Selected interns will have the opportunity to handle academic sessions for students from Classes 5 to 10, develop their teaching and communication skills, and gain hands-on experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and student engagement.

This programme is ideal for fresh graduates, postgraduate students, and individuals interested in building a career in teaching.

ey Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom sessions for students from Classes 5 to 10.
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging, structured academic sessions.
- Explain subject concepts clearly and effectively.
- Assist students with academic doubts, assignments, and examination preparation.
- Prepare study materials, worksheets, practice questions, and assessments.
- Monitor student performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active student participation.
- Support senior faculty in academic planning and other educational activities.
- Participate in training sessions, faculty discussions, and performance evaluations.




- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and consistency throughout the internship.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in a relevant academic discipline.
- Strong foundational knowledge of school-level subjects (Classes 5–10).
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple, structured, and engaging manner.
- Ability to create notes, worksheets, Question papers, ppts etc.
- Confidence in handling students and managing classroom activities.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve teaching techniques.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital teaching tools.

Preferred Candidates
- Fresh graduates or postgraduates interested in pursuing a teaching career.
- Candidates with or without prior tutoring or teaching experience.
- Individuals passionate about education and student development.
- Candidates who can confidently handle offline & online classroom sessions.

Prior skilled teaching experience is not mandatory. Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
