We are hiring for a Tax Manager – US Taxation (Form 990) to join one of the leading global accounting and advisory firms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and review US tax compliance engagements, with a primary focus on Form 990.
- Oversee tax return preparation, review, extensions, and estimated tax payments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable US tax laws and regulations.
- Manage client relationships and provide tax-related guidance.
- Mentor and supervise Tax Seniors and Staff.
- Identify process improvements and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Support business entity tax compliance activities as required.

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
- EA, CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) certification preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in US Taxation .
- Strong expertise in Form 990 ; knowledge of other individual tax forms, such as 1040 and 1041, is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of team supervision and training experience.
- Experience in a public accounting firm preferred.
- Robust communication, client management, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with CCS Access and SurePrep tools is preferred.
