Job Title - Tax Technology and Transformation - Senior Manager

Requirements
- Must be – MBA (Finance/ Systems) / CA / B Tech / BE (Computer Science)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the field of tax technology or finance transformation
- 10+ years of experience with Technology Consulting (Big 4 or equivalent)
- Must have experience of 1-2 end to end SAP/ERP implementation projects for client
- Must have experience in Direct and Indirect tax systems implementation and reporting
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes within ERP systems
- Willingness to build career within tax transformation domain
- Solid project management interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Teamwork, collaboration, customer centricity, service orientation and quality focus
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage tax technology implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client requirements.
- Analyze existing tax processes and identify opportunities for tax automation and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tax solutions with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Assist in the development of a tax technology strategy supporting tax compliance to maximize efficiency and streamline processes
- Interact with clients to gather business tax automation requirements through multiple workshops.
- Analyze business requirements and identify best practices to implement a technical solution.
- Implementing custom tax technology application development and deployment
- Act as a project lead and manager for the change implementation process and ensure that all stakeholders requirements are supported on a timely basis
- Ability to work with clients in a consultative way; helping them translate their tax function’s business objectives into digital strategies
- Ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions
- Should be able to lead a team of 10-12 team members and manage performances/ KPIs

- Deep understanding of leading-edge technologies such as: Alteryx, Python, Power BI, Cloud Computing, RPA, AI/ ML, SQL
