We are looking for a Tax & Regulatory Support Specialist to join our customer operations team. In this role, you will support retail investors across German and European capital markets by resolving complex tax queries, reviewing transaction calculations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Job Role & Responsiblites -

- Customer Query Resolution: Handle complex tax-related queries regarding stocks, ETFs, derivatives, crypto, and fixed income within established SLAs (24–48 hours).
- Tax Calculations & Validation: Review and verify tax computations using FIFO/average cost methods, multi-currency transactions, foreign dividends, and corporate actions.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Validate year-end tax statements, reconcile data between tax and back-office systems, and adjust cost bases as needed.
- Regulatory & Tax Reclaims: Support tax exemption orders, loss pot offsets, annual tax certificates and tax reclaim processes.
- Escalations:



Manage high-tier escalations related to regulatory reporting and tax statement discrepancies.

Key Qualifications & Skills Require -
1. Experience

- Capital Markets Support: 6 months of direct customer support experience handling equity, ETFs, derivatives, fixed income, or crypto transactions.
- German Tax Framework: Hands-on experience with German capital gains tax, dividend withholding taxes, and double taxation treaties.
- European Capital Markets Knowledge: Familiarity with tax rules and reporting across European markets (e.g., Austria, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, and Sweden).

1. Communication & Languages

- English: Business fluent (B2 level minimum).
- Ability to clearly explain complex tax concepts and financial figures to non-technical retail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
