- To check feasibility of new properties as per brand guidelines
- To plan customer circulation in and around the building
- To draw design options for proposed store
- To check Vastu of current property and suggest correction.
- Hold meeting with Property manager/landlord/developer to agree on new store design.
- To do quality checking of drawings before releasing
- To be able to manage multiple projects & submit within timelines.
Occasional travel to outstation may be required.
Min: 2 to 4 Years of Exp as an Architect
