Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist– US Staffing

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter with strong experience in US staffing and open market hiring. The role focuses on identifying high-quality talent, generating H-1B and project transfer leads, and ensuring accurate candidate-to-requirement alignment through thorough due diligence. The recruiter will also play a key role in promoting the company’s employer brand in the US talent market.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

- Source qualified candidates from the open US job market using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
- Identify and generate H-1B transfer and project transfer leads, ensuring transfer readiness and compliance
- Match the right candidate to the right requirement by evaluating skills, experience, availability, location, and rate
- Handle end-to-end US recruitment independently, from sourcing through candidate submission

Candidate Due Diligence

- Conduct comprehensive candidate due diligence, including:




- Resume validation and experience verification
- Technical and functional screening
- Immigration status verification (Citizen, GC, EAD, H-1B)
- Employment history and documentation checks

Employer & Company Branding

- Represent the company professionally while interacting with candidates, vendors, and consultants
- Promote company branding and employer value proposition during candidate engagement
- Ensure a positive candidate experience that strengthens the organization’s reputation in the US market
- Support branding initiatives through job postings, skilled networking, and market presence

Job Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and visa classifications
- Hands-on experience hiring US Citizens, Green Card holders, EADs, and H-1B consultants
- Good understanding of project transfers and H-1B transfers
- Ability to manage full-cycle US recruitment independently
