Job Summary:

As a Technical Recruiter for our team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top Tech talent and engineering leaders for our clients. You will work closely with startup founders, CTOs, and tech hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and develop strategies for sourcing, engaging, and hiring the best candidates in the software, data, and engineering ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with startup founders, CTOs, and engineering leads to understand their technical requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent
- Utilize various tech-focused sourcing methods, including GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, tech communities, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates




- Conduct deep technical screening interviews with candidates, assessing their skill sets, system architecture knowledge, domain experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to technical assessments, offer negotiation, and acceptance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tech clients, providing exceptional service and driving repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends, tech stacks, and best practices in technical recruitment to continually improve our services and offerings

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (Tech), with a proven track record of recruiting for startups
- Strong understanding of tech talent landscapes, engineering roles (e.g., Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, Data Science, Product Management), and technical sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical candidates and technical stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
