We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 24 years of recruiting experience to join our team onsite in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer closure.
- Source and engage candidates through job portals, referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment activity and share regular hiring updates.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and full-time roles.
- Robust sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working onsite in Bangalore.
