Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT, BFSI, and Bulk/Volume Hiring roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Volume & Niche Hiring: Source and hire for high-volume non-tech roles (Sales, Operations, CS, Finance) across BFSI and general corporate sectors.
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), databases, referrals, and walk-in drives to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Interview & Negotiation: Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and manage post-offer candidate engagement.
- Stakeholder Management:



Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Tracking: Maintain recruitment metrics, trackers, and daily MIS reports.

Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years in Non-IT and BFSI hiring (including bulk recruitment).
- Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA in HR is a plus).
- Skills: Proficient in portal sourcing/boolean search, negotiation, and candidate evaluation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
