Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, proactive, and target-driven interns to support IT, Non-IT, Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, and Engineering Recruitment. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, client requirement fulfilment, and onboarding support.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, CTC, notice period, and location.
- Understand client requirements and identify matching candidate profiles.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Support Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for IT, Non-IT, and engineering positions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate documentation,



and recruitment target achievement.

Required Skills
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Excel.
- Good coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn technical recruitment and client requirements.

- Daily candidate sourcing and screening targets.
- Quality and relevance of candidate submissions.
- Interview scheduling and coordination.
- Candidate selection and onboarding support.
- Recruitment database accuracy and timely reporting.
