Zyven Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition / TA Manager with strong hands-on experience in domestic IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end recruitment across Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Permanent Staffing, and Contract Staffing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements across various technologies and experience levels.

Handle C2H, Permanent Staffing, and Contract Staffing hiring models.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.

Understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.

Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, vendors, and internal recruitment teams.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.

Manage interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.





Track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and offer dropouts.

Drive recruitment targets and ensure timely hiring delivery.

Lead, mentor, and monitor recruiters, where applicable, to improve team productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.

Solid experience in domestic Indian IT hiring.

Practical exposure to C2H, Permanent Staffing, and Contract Staffing.

Excellent sourcing, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines.

Team-handling and recruitment delivery management experience preferred for the TA Manager role.

MBA in Human Resources (HR) preferred.
