A Few Things You Should Know Before You Apply

- 8 verticals, each with distinct hiring needs. A Research Analyst is a fundamentally different hire from a Deal Originator or a Compliance Head. You need to understand every business deeply enough to know what "excellent" looks like in each role.




- We have never hired through advertising. Every senior hire has come through networks, referrals, and direct outreach. You need to build and own those pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Strategy & Planning
- Own the entire talent acquisition function end-to-end, from workforce planning and JD creation to sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
- Work directly with the CEO and business heads to understand hiring priorities, role requirements, and the specific DNA of candidates who succeed in the company, not just on paper, but in its culture.
- Sourcing & Outreach
- Develop a direct sourcing engine - headhunting, industry mapping, passive candidate outreach, alumni networks, conference networking.
- Screening & Quality Control
- Implement a rigorous screening process that filters for three things: competence, culture fit, and ownership mindset. Technical skills get you in the door. Attitude determines if you stay.

- Individual Contribution
- While you lead a small team, you also personally drive the CXO and senior level hiring for the organization to find the right fit leaders for its next phase of growth.

What We're Looking For Parameter Requirement Experience 8-15 years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years heading the function. Financial services experience strongly preferred.

Industry Understanding

Must understand the financial services talent landscape - broking, investment banking, research, compliance, fund management.

Sourcing Expertise

Proven track record of direct sourcing and headhunting for senior/niche roles.

Tools

Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, recruitment analytics.

Advanced

Excel for MIS.

Education MBA in HR / Postgraduate in Human Resources preferred.
