Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR recruitment team. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment databases while gaining practical exposure to HR operations and staffing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Contact candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and emails regarding job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining status.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily productivity reports in MS Excel.




- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Assist recruiters in achieving recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT).
- Maintain proper records of candidate profiles and recruitment activities.
- Support the HR team in daily recruitment and administrative activities.

Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn recruitment portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
