Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Executive.

The Talent Acquisition

Executive will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles within the organization.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, creating job postings, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. The role will also involve managing employer branding initiatives, leveraging digital platforms and professional networks to position Spartech Impex as an employer of choice. Additionally,



the Talent Acquisition Executive will support IT recruitment needs, maintain recruitment metrics, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and engage candidates professionally.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding capabilities, with experience promoting organizational culture and values across various channels.
- Candidates should possess IT Recruitment experience, including sourcing and evaluating technical talent.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, online job portals, and professional networking platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a work from home environment are advantageous.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices is highly valued.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
