Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a good understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-ups.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements, experience, and organizational fit.
- Handle IT recruitment for various technical roles and understand job requirements shared by hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, technical evaluators, and hiring managers.
- Follow up on interview feedback and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, notice period negotiations, and candidate joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and effective coordination.




- Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to meet recruitment targets and hiring timelines.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
- Good coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification is preferred.
- Graduates with relevant Talent Acquisition experience may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
