Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end hiring process for various roles across Fitspire. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will assist in employer branding activities, support onboarding logistics,



and collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand role requirements.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Connaught Place, where the intern will work within a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Qualifications

- Interest in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and basic understanding of HR practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Comfort with MS Office tools, online job portals, and social media platforms used for candidate sourcing.
- Ability to work on-site in Connaught Place, demonstrate a proactive attitude, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
