Role Description The Talent Acquisition Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes.

The Talent Acquisition

Associate will interact with candidates and hiring managers daily, maintain recruitment trackers, and ensure a professional, efficient experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Responsibilities include drafting job postings, conducting initial telephonic or video interviews, and following up promptly with stakeholders.



The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, supporting employer branding initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess candidate fit and support selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Comfort with using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and basic MS Office tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience or internship in recruitment or HR is preferred but not mandatory.
