Role & responsibilities

- Expertise and ability to train/guide the team on requirement collection, system design, standards, LRUs, harness, system validation and test cases.

- Expertise in System of Systems and test philosophy covering simulation, system validation, standalone/integrated testing, testing to specifications, and integration tests.

- Expertise in ICDs covering physical, electrical, software, hardware and communication interfaces specific to ground and air integration.

- Expertise in system safety and reliability standards including SSA, system qualification and certification standards.

- Guide and supervise System Integration/project management team through periodic reviews and assessments.

- Ability to decode, plan and assess overall system architecture, independent system-level functionalities, interdependent cross-functionalities and system-level impact analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

- Worked with ICDs (Interface Control Documents) covering hardware, electrical, software, or communication interfaces.

- Performed System Safety Assessment (SSA), system qualification, or certification activities.

- Owned system architecture, cross-subsystem integration, and technical reviews .
