Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

- Provide day-to-day technical support to users across the factory and office.

- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, servers, and network devices.

- Support manufacturing applications, ERP systems, and production-related software.

- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, backups, and IT documentation.

- Ensure data security, antivirus protection, access control, and system updates.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

- Support barcode scanners, label printers, and shop-floor IT equipment.

- Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and maintenance teams to minimize IT-related downtime.

- Follow IT policies, cybersecurity procedures, and data backup schedules.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
