Objective of the Job :

Implementing, executing and managing institution’s hardware and networking system. Ensure smooth functioning of all computer, network and security policies for a system and network users in the University. Resolves and closes all issues within timeline and ensure 100% user satisfaction. Build and maintain valuable relation with the staffs in the department and other departments. Ensure teamwork and deliver work within TAT.

Educational Qualification & Professional Experience :

 Any graduate (graduation any technical field like diploma or degree in computer science is preferable + PGDCA, hardware networking A+ CompTIA, MCSE (Microsoft), CCNA (Cisco) etc will be highly valuable for the job profile

 Fresher’s / 1-3 year.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Administrative Work

1. Establishment of Network connectivity at user side
2. Installation of computers, system upgradation, repairing, managing logs and ensuring system safety & routine maintenance of existing and new projects within timeline
3. Install, maintain and troubleshoot workstations, servers, printer and Scanner, OS’s, software applications of existing & new projects within timeline
4.



Analysing existing infrastructure and provide day-to-day support to end user when they encounter issues related to computer, network and security, ensure to maintain timely service and system interruptions
5. Set up system-wide software and ensure preparation for service and system interruptions of existing and new projects within timeline

6. Asset management and audit
7. Create user accounts, domain, assign user permissions
8. Ensuring system, Network connectivity monitoring and network security
9. Handling Mess card activation, Student ID card & email id creation, password management through AD, NAS, CCTV
10. Generate basic documentation such as a user manual, process flows, data dictionary. Handling documentation, User training and management
11. Maintain a good working relationship with outsourced vendor and also with all departments in the University and resolve issues accordingly
12. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
13. Ensure 24/7 support and close all issues within TAT
14. Daily report preparation and publishing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
