Job Title: System Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator with positive knowledge of computer hardware, networking, operating systems, and IT troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Maintain and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and required software.
- Perform hardware upgrades, including RAM, HDD, SSD, and other components.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and basic system security.
- Monitor network connectivity and resolve technical issues.
- Perform regular data backups, system updates, and antivirus maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and ensure smooth IT operations.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Hands-on experience with Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of routers, switches, printers, and network cabling.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prior experience in IT support or system administration will be preferred.
