Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage vendor relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment to vendors.
- Develop and maintain a chatbot system for customer support, resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings through efficient procurement practices.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
- Solid understanding of SQL database management systems.
- Proficiency in invoice processing software applications.
- Experience with vendor management tools such as CRM systems.
