Hiring: Supply Chain Analyst | Navi Mumbai

Location: Building No. 12, Mindspace Business Parks Pvt. Ltd., IT-ITES SEZ, Kalwa TTC Industrial Area, Airoli, Navi Mumbai 400708

Work Model: WFO

Working Hours: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with one weekly off and Sunday as the second weekly off

Experience: Strictly 3–5 years

CTC: Up to 4.8 LPA (40,000 per month)

In-Hand Salary: Up to 32,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst with hands-on expertise in SAP, advanced MS Excel, and supply chain operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing PO-to-SO processes, billing, appointment coordination, and returns management while ensuring operational accuracy and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) to Sales Order (SO) processing.
- Handle billing activities and related documentation.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and order-related activities.
- Manage return processes and ensure timely resolution.
- Work on SAP for supply chain and order management operations.
- Use advanced MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and tracking.




- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day-to-day supply chain operations.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in SAP handling.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Experience in PO-to-SO processing, billing, appointment coordination, and returns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.

Mandatory Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Strictly 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- PF/UAN history is mandatory.
- Candidates must be local to Navi Mumbai or nearby areas; relocation is not supported.
- Candidates must be comfortable with the specified hybrid work model and working schedule.
- Salary is capped at 40,000 CTC per month, with a maximum in-hand salary of 32,000 per month.
