Job Brief : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical supervisor to lead and manage technical operations within our facilities services division in India. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance, repair, and installation activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. This role demands solid leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality facility management services that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily technical operations including maintenance, repair, and installation activities across multiple facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical staff, providing training and performance evaluations to enhance skill levels and productivity.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to manage technical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.




- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify technical issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on technical operations, maintenance activities, and incident investigations for management review.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to address technical concerns and ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize technical processes and enhance service quality.
- Manage budgets related to technical operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.

Qualifications :
