This is a middle-management position for planning and supervising the day to day operations of the Pickle and Aachar Unit. This position comes with the complete responsibility of carrying out operations and production with Quality control and Team management. There is scope for future promotions to a larger role.

- Manage daily operations of the unit, ensuring smooth production planning and execution. Oversee fresh produce procurement management, including sourcing raw materials and supplies . Ensure quality control measures are in place to maintain high-quality products. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective production management. Monitor supply chain operations to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Aachar, Pickle, Sauce, Condiments food manufacturing industry with expertise in Operations, Production, Quality Control, Supply Chain,



Team Management and Compliance. Robust understanding of fresh produce Procurement Management principles and practices. Excellent operational excellence skills with ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
