Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding colleges, universities, courses, entrance exams, and admission opportunities.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career interests, and educational goals.
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, application deadlines, and fee structures.
- Guide students through the application and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents to resolve their queries.
- Generate conversions by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain student records, follow-up details, and daily performance reports in the company's system.
- Achieve individual and team targets while maintaining a student-first approach.
- Stay updated on admission notifications, courses, colleges, and entrance examinations.
