Role Summary

We are looking for experienced Revit Reinforcement Modellers to support our structural BIM projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate reinforcement models and drawings in Autodesk Revit, based on structural design drawings, concrete models, structural details and project standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of reinforcement modelling, rebar detailing, Revit workflows, structural drawings and BIM coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D reinforcement models in Autodesk Revit for concrete structures.
- Model reinforcement for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, stairs and other structural elements.
- Interpret structural drawings, reinforcement details, sections and schedules.
- Create reinforcement based on available concrete geometry and structural design information.
- Apply correct bar diameter, spacing, shape, lap, anchorage, hooks and bends as per design requirements.
- Prepare reinforcement drawings, rebar plans, sections, elevations and schedules as required.
- Ensure reinforcement models are accurate and comply with project-specific BIM standards.
- Perform self-checks and quality checks before submission.
- Coordinate reinforcement with architectural, structural and MEP models where required.




- Identify modelling/detailing discrepancies and raise RFIs/technical queries to the project team.
- Follow project BIM standards, naming conventions, modelling guidelines and delivery procedures.
- Support model updates based on design revisions and client comments.
- Maintain model quality, accuracy and agreed project timelines.
- Coordinate with BIM Engineers, BIM Coordinators and Project Managers to achieve project deliverables.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit – Structure.
- Good knowledge of Revit Rebar tools and reinforcement modelling workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and reinforcement detailing.
- Understanding of RCC construction and reinforcement detailing principles.
- Experience in modelling reinforcement for complex structural elements.
- Knowledge of reinforcement bar bending shapes, spacing, laps, hooks, anchorage and couplers.
- Experience in preparing reinforcement drawings and schedules.
- Basic understanding of Navisworks for model review and coordination is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of BIM processes and model quality requirements.
- Knowledge of Revit families, views, filters, schedules and model management is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per month
