Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stores Assistant to support day-to-day store operations, including material receipt, storage, inventory maintenance, and material issuance. Candidates with basic computer knowledge, good organizational skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Educational Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

Key Skills
- Basic knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of stock registers, material codes, and inventory records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain proper documentation and follow safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity against invoices and delivery documents.
- Inspect materials for visible damage and report discrepancies to the supervisor.




- Arrange and store materials in designated locations with proper identification.
- Issue materials to production and other departments based on approved requests.
- Maintain stock registers and update inventory records regularly.
- Assist in physical stock verification and cycle counting.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
- Maintain proper documentation for material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
- Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and safe.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments as required.
- Follow company procedures for material handling, storage, and inventory control.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in a manufacturing or industrial stores environment will be preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team and complete assigned tasks on time.
