Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily stores operations, including material receipt, inspection, storage, issue, and dispatch.

- Ensure timely ERP entries for all incoming and outgoing materials.

- Verify materials against purchase orders and prepare GRNs for received materials.

- Monitor stock levels, minimum stock requirements, and material availability for production.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper material identification and storage.

- Prepare material delivery challans and maintain relevant store documentation.

- Coordinate with the Purchase and Production teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

- Follow up with vendors regarding pending supplies, delivery schedules, and purchase order commitments.

- Coordinate with vendors for registration, GST documentation, vendor codes,



and related compliance requirements.

- Conduct periodic stock verification and prepare monthly, half-yearly, and annual inventory reports.

- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, workplace safety procedures, and 5S practices.

- Identify inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions to improve stock accuracy.

- Maintain proper housekeeping, material preservation, and visual management within the stores area.

- Support supplier identification, evaluation, and vendor coordination as required.

Candidates with experience in the electrical/electronics products manufacturing industry will be added advantage
