Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Louis Philippe store at Karunagappally. The candidate should have robust leadership, sales management, and customer service skills to drive store performance and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory management, and stock audits.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain brand standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline,



and performance.
- Implement promotional activities and company policies.
- Prepare daily sales reports and other required business reports.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.
- Strong sales, leadership, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management, billing, and retail operations.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store performance.

Job Location: Louis Philippe, Karunagappally, Kerala Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
