We are looking for a Store Manager to manage plant-level stores and inventory operations. The candidate will be responsible for accurate stock management, timely material availability for production, proper documentation, and efficient inward and outward material movement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage material inward, GRN preparation, inspection coordination, bin locations, material identification, and inventory records.

Maintain inventory of plywood, MDF, particleboard, laminates, edge bands, hardware, metal components, fabric, foam, adhesives, paint, and other production materials.

Ensure timely material availability for production and dispatch requirements.

Monitor stock levels, minimum stock requirements, material shortages, and excess inventory.

Maintain accurate stock registers and ensure proper documentation of all material transactions.

Coordinate with Production, PPC, Procurement, Quality, and Dispatch departments.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.

Ensure proper storage, material handling, identification, and housekeeping practices.

Monitor material issuance against approved requisitions and maintain traceability.

Prepare inventory reports, stock statements,



and MIS reports for management.

Support inventory audits and implement procedures to minimize material loss and wastage.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience in store management, inventory control, and material handling.

Knowledge of GRN, stock reconciliation, inward/outward registers, and inventory documentation.

Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.

Robust coordination, record-keeping, and team management skills.

Ability to manage multiple material categories and ensure uninterrupted production.

Furniture, modular furniture, woodworking, or panel-processing manufacturing experience is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with experience managing stores in a furniture manufacturing plant and handling plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, and other production materials will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
