Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our jewellery store in Jaipur. This role is critical in delivering an exceptional in-store experience for customers of high-value spiritual and jewellery products, while ensuring smooth store operations, sales performance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a jewellery retail store and brings strong skills in customer handling, sales, inventory management, team supervision, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing.
- Lead and supervise the store sales team and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly store targets.
- Handle billing, cash, payments, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure an excellent in-store customer experience.
- Assist customers with jewellery selection, pricing, customization,



and gemstone-related queries.
- Handle customer complaints and follow-ups professionally.
- Manage inventory, stock receiving, tagging, display, movement, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the central team for stock replenishment and operational requirements.
- Maintain visual merchandising, store presentation, hygiene, records, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in jewellery retail.
- Experience managing a jewellery store/showroom will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery retail operations, sales, and customer handling.
- Valuable understanding of jewellery, gemstones, and product specifications.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and handling premium/high-value customers.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and Billing/POS systems.
- Knowledge of gemstones, astrology, or spiritual jewellery will be an added advantage.
