Role & Responsibilities:

- Safety & Compliance: Ensure 100% usage of PPEs and achieve zero accidents or incidents within the department.
- Store Operations: Carry out receipt and issue activities efficiently across Engineering Stores, Raw Materials Store, Packing Materials Store, and Project Stores.
- Timely Coordination & Documentation: Ensure the following activities are completed in coordination with respective teams:
- Preparation of GRNs within one day and daily circulation of inspection reports.
- Unloading of Raw Materials and Packing Materials on the same day.
- Regular follow-ups with stakeholders for the liquidation of problematic invoices/challans and preparation of their respective GRNs.
- Timely submission of approved material invoices to the finance department.
- Issue Section Management: Maintain safe and smooth operations within the Engineering, Raw Materials, and Packing Materials issue sections.
- Inventory Control & Maintenance:
- Ensure correct binning of engineering spares and consumables.
- Facilitate timely issuance of engineering spares, raw materials, and packing materials.




- Conduct physical verification of inventory periodically.
- Timely processing of material out gate passes and continuous follow-up with user departments for the closure of pending returnable gate passes.
- Housekeeping & Records: Maintain appropriate housekeeping standards in stores and open yards, along with accurate periodic material receipt report preparation, document filing, and record upkeep.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience & Background: Proven working experience in warehouse, store management, or store-keeping within a manufacturing, industrial, or project environment.

- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on working knowledge of the SAP MM Module is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
- Core Competencies: Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (Finance, Quality, and Production).
